Shipping & Returns


Do we ship internationally? 


We currently do not ship products outside of the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 


How do we ship? 

  • Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. 

  • Truck Delivery – When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Delivery timeframes will be stated in your cart. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally. 

  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

Front Range Precision LLC takes great pride in the quality of the products we sell. Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your merchandise and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement or remedy. You may return your merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 10 DAYS as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition and in it’s original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not due to damage from shipping or an error on our part. An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.  Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and may take 14 business days from time of request. 

We cannot accept returns on Special-order Items, items shipped direct from the vendor, or used items. 

 All sales of FIREARMS and CHAMBERED PRE-FIT BARRELS ARE FINAL, including Actions.

 All Warranty claims are to be sent to the product manufacturer for resolution.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
